Angela McConnachie has been in the beauty industry for most of her working life. She started Stardusts after arranging her own wedding: "I couldn't get anyone to come to the house to do my hair and make-up - I had a vision of sipping Champagne in my dressing gown and being pampered, so I created Stardusts!"
With 15 years' hairdressing experience and
ten in make-up, Angela is a safe pair of
hands when it comes to making the bride
and her party look wonderful. "I am a whizz
with the GHD curlers - with an average of
70 weddings every year, I have learned to
do most styles very quickly."
Angela offers a range of extra services,
from French manicures and tattoo coverage to freebies such as fixing buttonholes and even applying make-up to the groom! "I love being involved inweddings," she says, "especially as there's never a 'right' or 'wrong' look - what suits one person won't
suit another. Brides want to look like themselves, but at their most beautiful."
