Husband and wife team Tom and Angela Gibson are well known wedding photographers. Those they’ve worked with always make two observations; firstly how fantastic their photography is, and secondly what lovely people they are to have around on the day. The amount of business generated from personal recommendations is a real testament to these qualities. Tom and Angela’s photography is clearly not just a job, but a passion too. Combine this enthusiasm with technical expertise and genuine ‘people skills’ and you have a winning formula! As Tom says himself, “The fact that we enjoy working with and meeting people is definitely important, especially in helping people relax. Couples often comment on how much fun they had getting their pictures taken.”

Tom also claims to have a special perspective on photography: “As I’m shorter than most, my images have a different look!” Brides, too, can have a different look, if they book in time to enjoy the annual Makeover Day run by the couple.

The Gibsons always commit to getting the best possible shots. “I will often be seen lying on the ground, climbing trees and walls,” Tom laughs. “Recently both me and Angela – trousers rolled up to our knees – ended up in the middle of a
river...”
