Set in the beautiful grounds of the Boturich
Castle Estate, this romantic venue has spectacular views of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond and is a wonderful location for wedding parties of all sizes. Although the venue is found less than 40 minutes from the centre of Glasgow and about 25 minutes from Glasgow Airport it is surrounded by tranquillity and beauty. It offers the chance for couples to have a tailor-made celebration within the grounds of the only remaining private castle on the banks of Loch Lomond.
Wedding co-ordinator Laura Peat told Real Life Weddings: "Our venue is a blank canvas on which couples can create their perfect day and I will be there every step of the way to advise and guide them through the planning process." She is happy to help with as much or as little of the planning process and knows all the local suppliers. "Some couples are interested in just hiring the venue and are happy to make their own arrangements but most need some hand-holding along the way," she added. "This could be organising introductions to florists and caterers or the entire day. Whatever
the requests, we make sure every last detail is covered to make their special day truly memorable."

Weddings take place either within a marquee overlooking Loch Lomond (max capacity 250) or in the drawing room of the castle itself (max capacity 80). The bride is also offered a day room within the castle.
Boturich Castle is available at discounted
rates for mid-week bookings and because
the venue isn’t licensed it means that the
wedding party can supply its own alcohol and won’t be charged a corkage fee, resulting in considerable savings.
