The Castle Rooms is a dedicated wedding venue, with the layout and decor making the setting both intimate and inviting. As the venue only ever caters for one wedding per day, there are no limits to their levels of service. They employ experienced and well-trained staff who are there to cater to each couple’s specific needs. As wedding
co-ordinator Lisa Wishart told Real Life Weddings, “We take pride in our company and we hope that this shows in our customer service and attention to detail.” The Castle Rooms has two function suites, with the ceremony taking place in the larger one. Afterwards the guests usually move into the smaller room, going back to the main suite for the wedding breakfast. Lisa says one of their strengths is an ability to adapt: “We are reasonably flexible here at The Castle Rooms. We suit both small and larger parties and no idea is unmanageable.”
The best part of Lisa’s job is helping people with the most important day of their lives. As she says, “I’m happy to pass on any tips or pieces of advice and know it’s appreciated. It’s very satisfying when you see all the months of planning come together.”
