The light and spacious Capercaillie Room is
a great location for a drinks reception and
a wedding breakfast for between 40 and
150 guests. Or if you're looking to hold a
smaller celebration then the Merlin Restaurant offers a more intimate alternative. The hotel has created a menu selector and a list of suggested menus to make life easier, as well as two buffet and three drinks packages. Any special requests can, of course, be catered for too.
And with 73 bedrooms, including luxury and
